I would describe MOVE BETTER as a "training" center rather than a "gym". Take it from a guy who hasn't been in a gym in 20+ years! Their training program centers on your entire body and not just one specific area. Ken and Owen are fantastic trainers. They address any issues you may currently have. I have double knee replacements, so there are some things I just can't do anymore. Ken and Owen are very aware of my situation and they work around those issues to ensure I am getting the proper training. The "small" group atmosphere is the best. You don't feel out of place or neglected. This enables them to keep you moving! If you are looking for a place to get back to "moving better" and feeling better, then take a stop in and see what Ken and Owen offer! So far, it is the best "move" I've made in a very long time!
